ROBERT SALZMAN, NP
Robert Salzman is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in Family Medicine. Initially, he attended University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. While providing care in the acute care setting at the local hospital, Robert continued his education at USF and earned a Master of Science in Nursing specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As he was completing graduate studies at USF, Robert began clinical medical training in Allergy and Immunology, working under multiple providers seeing adult and pediatric patients.
Robert is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. During his undergraduate studies he spent time volunteering in education and during his graduate program volunteered at Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine, providing high-quality medical care to an underserved population of Polk County.
Robert grew up in Lakeland, having moved here as a child with his family. He enjoys spending time in nature, visiting local parks, golfing, traveling, and experiencing new cultures. Most of all he enjoys spending time with his family including his wife and son's.
